Welcome to the NooriTalk Islamic App (“NooriTalk”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). Your privacy is very important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use the NooriTalk app or any related services. By using NooriTalk, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and in compliance with applicable data protection laws and Islamic ethical standards.

Our Commitment to Privacy and Islamic Values

NooriTalk is built upon core Islamic values of trust, honesty, and respect. In Islam, privacy and the protection of personal information are considered an amanah (a trust). In line with these values, we pledge to:

Use Data Ethically: We will never use your information for any unethical, deceptive, or harmful purposes. All data practices will be lawful, transparent, and in accordance with Islamic principles (avoiding any haram or prohibited activities).
Respect and Dignity: We respect your dignity and privacy. Any personal details or content you share (such as private questions or messages) will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose it was provided.

Information We Collect

We collect various types of information from you to provide and improve our services. Below is a list of the data we may collect and process, with examples:

Personal Identification Information: When you create an account, we collect information like your full name, email address, phone number, and/or other contact details. This helps us identify you and communicate with you (for example, sending OTP codes or email verification).
Login Credentials: For account access, we may collect a password or facilitate a One-Time Password (OTP) login via your phone number or email. If you choose OTP-based login, we collect your phone number or email to send the verification code.
Profile Information (Optional): You may have the option to provide additional profile details such as a profile photo, username, gender, or age. Providing this information is optional and is meant to enhance your experience (for example, to personalize content or address you appropriately).
Location Data: With your permission, we may collect approximate or precise location information from your device. For instance, you might allow location access to find nearby Islamic services, determine prayer times, or tailor content relevant to your region. You can always choose whether to grant location access through your device settings.
Chat and Consultation Messages: NooriTalk offers live Islamic consultations and community features where you can ask questions or chat with experts. We collect the content of your messages, questions, or any information you share during these consultations or chats. This may include sensitive personal matters you discuss. Please rest assured: these communications are kept private between you and the intended recipients (such as our expert consultants or support team) and are only used to provide you with guidance or assistance.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the app. This includes features you use, content you view, actions you take, and the time, frequency, and duration of your activities. For example, we may record that you played a particular Islamic game, browsed certain articles or duas, or accessed the Umrah booking section. This usage data helps us understand which parts of the app are most useful to users and how to improve them.
Device and Technical Information: We receive technical data from the devices and software you use to access NooriTalk. This may include your device type (e.g., iPhone, Android phone model), operating system version, unique device identifiers (such as an advertising ID or device ID), app version, mobile network information, IP address, and app crash reports. This information is collected to ensure the app functions properly on your device, to troubleshoot issues, and to maintain security.
Transactional Information: If you purchase Islamic products through our Halal eCart shopping section or book an Umrah package, we collect information related to those transactions. This may include your orders (items or services purchased), billing address, shipping/delivery address, and contact phone number. Payment Information: For purchases, you will provide payment details (such as credit card or bank info) through our secure payment gateway. We do not store your full financial information on our servers; payment processing is handled by trusted third-party payment processors (who have their own stringent privacy and security practices). We only retain non-sensitive details like the payment method used and transaction confirmations for record-keeping.
User-Generated Content: Besides chat messages, any other content you might create or upload in the app (for example, profile photos, feedback, posts in community forums, or game scores) will be collected and stored as part of providing the service. This content is associated with your account so that you can access it whenever you use the app.
Contact Information for Support: If you contact us for help (via email, in-app support, or WhatsApp), we will collect the information you choose to give us, such as your name, email, phone number, and the details of your support request. This helps us address your questions or issues effectively.

Note: We do not intentionally collect any data not needed for providing the NooriTalk services. For example, we do not access your contacts, photos, or other personal files on your device without your explicit permission. Any permissions you grant (such as access to storage for uploading a profile picture) are only used for the intended feature.

How We Use Your Information

NooriTalk collects your information to serve you better. We use personal data strictly for the purposes described in this policy and we ensure those uses remain consistent with Islamic values and your expectations. Below are the ways we utilize the information:

Providing and Improving Services: We use your data to deliver the app’s core features. For example, your personal info lets you log into the app and use our services. Your chat messages and queries enable us to connect you with qualified Islamic scholars or counselors for live consultations and advice. The information about how you use the app (usage data) helps us refine features, fix bugs, and improve the user experience for everyone.
Account Creation and Login: Your email or phone number and OTP or password are used to create your account and authenticate your login each time. This ensures that only you can access your account. We might send you verification codes (OTP) via SMS, email, or WhatsApp to verify your identity during login or when resetting a password.
Personalization: We may use the information you provide (such as your name, language, or region) and your usage patterns to personalize content within NooriTalk. For instance, we might greet you by your name, show local prayer times based on your location, recommend relevant Islamic articles or dua collections, or tailor the app’s content to the topics you engage with most. Personalization is intended to make your experience more relevant and beneficial.
Halal eCart Purchases: If you purchase products through the app’s Halal shopping section, we use your personal and transactional information to process that order. This includes using your address for shipping, your contact number/email to send order confirmations and updates, and the details of your order to fulfill the purchase. We also use this info to provide customer support for orders (for example, handling returns or inquiries about your purchase) and to maintain records for accounting and legal compliance.
Umrah Booking Services: When you use our Umrah package booking feature, we use the personal information you provide (such as your name, contact, and any necessary travel document details) to facilitate the booking with our authorized travel partners. This information is used to secure your reservation, arrange travel/accommodation, and communicate with you about your trip. We share the minimum required data with the relevant travel service providers, and they are contractually obligated to protect your information (see the “Data Sharing” section below for more details).
Live Islamic Consultations: For live chat or consultation sessions with Islamic experts provided through NooriTalk, we use your submitted questions and chat history to enable the expert to guide you properly. Any notes or answers given may be stored so you (and the consultant) can refer back to them. We may analyze consultation topics in aggregate (without identifying you) to understand common concerns and improve our guidance content, but individual conversations remain private.
Islamic Games and Interactive Content: If you play Islamic games in the app or engage with interactive learning tools, we process data like your game scores, progress levels, and achievements. This allows us to save your progress, let you resume where you left off, and possibly display leaderboards or awards. It also helps us identify if a game is popular or if improvements are needed. This data is generally not personally identifying beyond linking to your user account.

Communication and Notifications: We use your contact information to communicate with you about important updates or features. For example, we might send you:

Service Notifications: to inform you of changes in terms, this privacy policy, security alerts, or technical issues.
Promotional/Islamic Content: to share new features, Islamic articles, upcoming events (like a webinar or community gathering), or special offers in the Halal eCart. (Note: You can opt out of promotional messages at any time; see “Your Rights and Choices” below.)
Consultation and Booking Updates: to confirm appointments with a scholar or consultant, remind you of a scheduled session, or provide updates about an Umrah booking or order delivery.
Third-Party Service Integration: We use data in conjunction with third-party services that are integrated into NooriTalk (such as Google services and WhatsApp, described in detail in the next section). For example, we might share certain identifiers so that Google Analytics can provide insights, or use your phone number with WhatsApp API to send a message you requested (like an OTP or support chat).
Security and Fraud Prevention: Your information is crucial for maintaining the security of our app and users. We may use data like device information, IP addresses, and usage patterns to detect and prevent suspicious or unauthorized activities. For instance, this helps us protect your account from fraud, enforce our Community Guidelines (making sure the app is used in a manner consistent with Islamic etiquette and our terms), and address misuse (such as harassment or inappropriate content) if it occurs.
Legal Compliance: In certain cases, we may need to use and retain your data to comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests by authorities. For example, if required by law enforcement or a court order, we might have to provide information related to your use of the app. We will only do so under proper legal process and when compelled by applicable laws.
Aggregate and Anonymous Data Uses: We may aggregate or de-identify your information so that it can no longer be linked to you personally (for example, compiling overall usage statistics or survey results). We might use this aggregated data for research, reports, or to publish trends (e.g., “X% of our users enjoy a particular feature”) without any disclosure of personal details. This kind of data helps us showcase the app’s impact and usage without compromising individual privacy.

We strictly limit access to your personal information to those team members and partners who need it to perform these tasks. Our use of your data will never conflict with the original purposes we collected it for, unless we get your consent for a new use.

Third-Party Services and Integrations

To enhance the NooriTalk app’s functionality and to support our operations, we integrate certain third-party services. We want to be transparent about these partnerships. Below are the key third-party services we use, what they do, and how they handle your data:

Google AdMob (Advertising): We may display ads within NooriTalk via Google AdMob, an advertising platform by Google. AdMob may use device identifiers (such as your Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA) and cookies to show you relevant ads, measure their performance, and prevent fraud. AdMob could collect information such as your device type, general location (e.g., country or region), and app usage info to personalize ads. Opt-Out: You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings (for example, resetting your advertising ID or enabling “Limit Ad Tracking” on iOS / “Opt out of Ads Personalization” on Android). Please note that even if you opt out, you may still see ads, but they will be less targeted to your interests. Ads help us support the app’s offerings while keeping many features free. We ensure that any ads shown are appropriate for a general audience in line with Islamic values (avoiding inappropriate content). Google Analytics (Usage Analytics): We use Google Analytics for Firebase (or a similar analytics tool by Google) to understand how users interact with NooriTalk. Google Analytics collects data such as the number of users, pages or screens viewed, session duration, in-app actions (e.g., clicking a feature), and device information. This information helps us analyze app performance and user behavior in aggregate. For instance, it might tell us that “X% of users try the Islamic games” or how long an average consultation session lasts. Importantly, this data is generally anonymized and does not include your chat content or profile details. We do not send any of your personal chat messages or sensitive information to Google Analytics. Google may also collect your Advertising ID (for analytics purposes) and IP address (which is truncated for anonymity in many cases). Google Analytics data is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy, and Google is restricted from using the data for purposes other than providing us these analytics. If you wish, you can opt out of Google Analytics data collection by disabling it in the app settings (if available) or contacting us, and we will honor such requests to the extent feasible (some analytics are necessary for app function, but we can exclude your data from discretionary analysis).
WhatsApp API Integration: NooriTalk integrates with the WhatsApp Business API (through a service like Interakt or directly with WhatsApp) to facilitate certain communications and features. For example, we might allow you to receive your OTP via WhatsApp, get customer support through a WhatsApp chat, or receive important alerts (like an Umrah booking confirmation or daily dua) on WhatsApp if you opt in. If you choose to interact with NooriTalk via WhatsApp:
We will collect and use your WhatsApp phone number to send messages to you.
The content of messages you send or receive via WhatsApp (e.g., “I need help with the app” or an OTP code) will be processed to fulfill your request.
WhatsApp is a service provided by Meta (Facebook) and has its own privacy safeguards such as end-to-end encryption for messages. However, when you use WhatsApp to communicate with NooriTalk, some data (like your phone number and the fact that you are messaging our business account) is handled by WhatsApp’s systems.
Third-Party Processor: We use a WhatsApp API provider (such as Interakt or Twilio) to manage and automate these messages. That provider will have access to the necessary information (your phone number and message content) purely to relay messages between NooriTalk and you. They are not allowed to use your data for any other purpose.
Rest assured, we will not spam you on WhatsApp or use it for marketing unless you have agreed to such messages. You can always opt-out of WhatsApp communications by contacting us or replying with an opt-out keyword as instructed in the WhatsApp chat.
Payment Processors: When you make a purchase in the Halal eCart or pay for an Umrah package, the payment is processed by an external payment gateway (for example, it could be a bank, credit card processor, or services like PayPal, Razorpay, Stripe, etc., depending on your region). These payment processors will handle your financial information (such as card number, UPI, or bank account) directly on their secure servers. We ensure that any payment partner we use is PCI-DSS compliant and employs strong encryption. We do not see or store your full credit/debit card numbers or bank credentials. The payment processor will only share with us the outcome of the transaction and limited details (like a transaction ID, your name, and the amount paid) so we can confirm your purchase. These third-party processors have their own privacy policies which we encourage you to review when making a payment.
Service Providers and Partners: We may also involve other trusted third parties to help us deliver our services:
Hosting and Cloud Storage: Our app and database may be hosted on reputable cloud servers (such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.). These providers store data on our behalf. They are not allowed to access your data except for storage and retrieval purposes, and we configure strong security measures (encryption, access controls) with them.
Umrah Travel Partners: If you book an Umrah package, we partner with licensed travel agencies or service providers to actually fulfill the package (such as booking flights, hotels, and visas). We will share only the necessary personal information with these partners (for example, your name, nationality, passport details, and contact info) to arrange your Umrah trip. These partners are required to protect your data and use it only for the purposes of the booking. We select partners carefully to ensure they abide by privacy and confidentiality norms.
Islamic Consultants/Experts: The app may connect you with independent Islamic scholars, counselors, or experts for live consultations. These consultants might not be direct employees of NooriTalk but are bound by confidentiality agreements. Any personal details or sensitive content you share with a consultant is protected by professional ethics and our agreements. We instruct all consultants to handle user information with the same care we do and not to disclose it or use it outside the consultation context.
Analytics/Crash Reporting Tools: Besides Google Analytics, we might use other tools (like Firebase Crashlytics, etc.) to detect app crashes or bugs. These tools may collect device identifiers and crash logs at the moment of an error to help us diagnose issues. This data is used exclusively for improving app stability.
Social Media or Sharing Features: If NooriTalk allows you to share content to social media (like sharing an Islamic quote or your achievement via Facebook, Twitter, etc.), or invite friends via a link, those actions may involve third-party platforms. Using such features is entirely up to you. If you choose to share, the third-party platform (e.g., Facebook) may receive some data such as the content you choose to share or that you clicked a share button within NooriTalk. We recommend reviewing the privacy settings and policies of any social platform you use to share NooriTalk content. NooriTalk itself does not send your personal data to social networks unless you deliberately do so through a share action.

Important: We do not sell your personal data to any third parties. The third parties we engage are service providers or partners acting on our behalf or in partnership to serve you. Each of these third parties is required to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we’ve agreed upon. We have contracts or agreements in place to ensure they respect your privacy.

Account Registration and Login Methods

When you use NooriTalk, you have to create an account to access personalized features like consultations, shopping, and game progress. We offer simple and secure login methods:

Email Registration: You can sign up with your email address. In this case, we will ask you to provide a valid email and create a password. We will verify your email (by sending a confirmation link or code) to ensure it’s you. We use your email to identify your account and to communicate with you (for password resets, important notifications, etc.). Please choose a strong, unique password to protect your account and never share it. We store your password in an encrypted form (hashed) and cannot see your actual password.
OTP-Based Login: As an alternative to passwords, we may allow One-Time Password (OTP) login. This means you can register or log in using your phone number or email without creating a permanent password. For instance, you enter your phone number, and we send a unique code via SMS or WhatsApp; entering that code logs you in. Similarly, we could send a code to your email for verification. OTP login ensures that you prove ownership of the phone number/email each time you log in, adding security and convenience. We will collect and store your phone number or email (whichever you use for OTP) to manage your account and for future OTP verifications. We will not use your phone number to call or spam you – it’s strictly for identification and essential communication.
Social or Other Logins: (If applicable) Currently, NooriTalk does not use Facebook/Google or other social media logins. If we introduce social login options in the future, we will update this policy to explain what data we receive from those services.
Account Security: Regardless of the login method, we employ measures to secure your account. This includes monitoring login attempts, possibly sending you alerts on new device logins, and offering two-factor authentication if needed. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, please notify us immediately so we can help secure it.
Age Requirements for Registration: NooriTalk is intended for a general audience and is rated for everyone. We do not set a strict age requirement for using the app, as our content (Islamic guidance, family-friendly games, etc.) is generally suitable for all ages. However, if you are under the age of 13 (or a minor under the laws of your country), you should use NooriTalk under the supervision of a parent or guardian, especially when engaging in features like chats or purchases. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If we learn that a child under 13 has created an account with personal data without parental oversight, we will take steps to delete that account and associated data. Parents or guardians are encouraged to guide minors on using the app responsibly and to contact us if they have any concerns.

Halal eCart and Purchases

One of NooriTalk’s features is the Halal eCart – a section where users can browse and purchase Islamic products and services (for example, holy books, prayer mats, ethical clothing, halal cosmetics, or other merchandise that adheres to Islamic guidelines). We want to be clear about how data is handled in this shopping feature:

Product Browsing: When you browse products in the eCart, we may track which items you view or add to your wishlist/cart. This browsing data helps us remember your preferences and recommend similar halal products you might like. It also allows us to organize popular items for better user experience.
Order Placement: If you decide to buy something, we will ask for the necessary details to process your order. Typically, this includes your name, delivery address, email, and phone number. We use this information to fulfill the order and keep you updated. For example, we’ll use your address for shipping and your email/phone to send order confirmations and notifications (such as “Your order has been shipped” or any delivery tracking details).
Payment: As mentioned earlier, payments are handled by secure third-party processors. You will enter your payment details in a secure form (often provided by the payment gateway). We do not store sensitive payment data on our end. The only data we retain is related to the transaction record – such as the amount, date/time, and whether the payment succeeded. We might also store what items or services you purchased, so we have a purchase history for your account (this helps you track past orders and helps us with inventory and support).
Halal Assurance: All products listed in the eCart are curated to be halal and align with Islamic principles. This note is more about content than privacy, but it’s part of our values: you can shop with confidence that the items have been reviewed for permissibility. We do not sell anything in our app that contradicts Islamic ethics.
Third-Party Vendors: Some products might be sold and fulfilled by third-party vendors or artisans via our platform. If so, we will clearly indicate that. When you place an order in such cases, we will share the necessary information with that vendor (for instance, your name and shipping address) so they can deliver the product to you. These vendors are contractually required to use your information only for fulfilling your order and not for any other purpose. We do not share more information than necessary (for example, a vendor doesn’t get your payment info, and if not needed, we might mask your email by handling communications ourselves).
Customer Service: If you reach out to us with issues about an order (like requesting a return or reporting a problem with a product), we will use your information and order history to assist you. We may ask for additional details (like a photo of a damaged product) to resolve the issue. All such communications are used only for helping you with that specific request.
Purchase History: Your account will have a record of your purchases. This is for your reference and our internal accounting. We treat purchase history as private data. We do not publish what you bought or share it with others (except as needed with the vendor or our internal operations team). If product reviews are allowed, and you choose to leave a review, that review (and the name you provide with it) could be visible to others – but that is entirely under your control and unrelated to private purchase data.
Promotions and Offers: Occasionally, we might offer special deals in the eCart (like a discount on prayer beads during Ramadan). We may use your contact info to inform you of these deals if you have consented to promotional communications. You can opt out of these marketing messages if you prefer not to receive them. Even if you opt out, we will still send transactional messages related to your orders.
Data Retention for Purchases: We retain order information as long as needed for customer service and tax/legal obligations. Typically, purchase records might be kept for a number of years as required by law for financial record-keeping. However, if you delete your account, we will dissociate your identity from past order records, except where retention is required (we might keep the order data but no longer link it to your personal identifiers).

How We Protect Your Data

Encryption: We use encryption to protect data in transit and at rest. This means that when your data is sent between your device and our servers, it’s protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS) protocols (you might notice the padlock icon when using the app or website). Sensitive data (like passwords and personal details) are encrypted in our database so that even if someone gained unauthorized access, they would not easily decipher it.
Secure Servers: We store your data on secure servers that are protected by firewalls and robust access controls. We limit access to these servers to a minimal number of authorized personnel who need access to operate and develop the app. Each such person is bound by strict confidentiality obligations. Our hosting providers also employ physical and network security measures to guard the data centers.
Access Control and Authentication: Internally, our team members can only access user data on a need-to-know basis. For example, a customer support agent can view the information required to help you with a problem (such as your account profile and recent activity relevant to the issue) but will not have access to unrelated data. We use strong authentication for our internal systems, ensuring that only authorized access is allowed.
Regular Audits and Updates: We periodically review our information collection, storage, and processing practices to ensure we are following this policy and the latest security standards. We also update our security protocols and systems regularly to address new threats or vulnerabilities. This includes keeping our software, libraries, and frameworks up to date and conducting security testing (like penetration tests or code reviews) as needed.
Payment Security: As noted, we do not store sensitive payment details. Our chosen payment processors are certified and maintain high security standards (such as PCI-DSS compliance for handling credit card info). We transmit payment data through encrypted channels directly to those processors, and any communication back (like payment success/failure) is also secured.
Device Security: We rely on you to also play a role in securing your information. Keep your device secure (with a PIN or biometric lock) and do not share your NooriTalk account credentials with others. We have built-in features such as automatic logout after prolonged inactivity and optional two-factor authentication to help protect against unauthorized access to your account. If you use OTP login, never share the OTP code with anyone else – NooriTalk staff will never ask you for your password or OTP.
Communication Privacy: Consultations and chats within NooriTalk are private. We ensure that these communications are transmitted securely. For example, if we implement end-to-end encryption for certain chats or use secure channels for consultant communications, we strive to keep those conversations between the intended parties only. We also have monitoring in place to detect and block any suspicious attempts to intercept or eavesdrop on communications.
Data Minimization: One principle of security is to collect only what we need. By minimizing the data we store, we reduce the risk exposure. We do not unnecessarily keep data that we no longer require. For instance, if you withdraw consent for a certain optional data collection, we will delete that data. Less data stored means less data that could potentially be compromised.
Training and Awareness: Our team is trained about the importance of user privacy and security. We treat personal data, especially something as sensitive as spiritual or counseling conversations, with the utmost respect. Regular training ensures everyone handling data follows best practices and stays alert to potential security risks.

Despite all these measures, it’s important to understand that no app or website can guarantee absolute security. If we ever experience a data breach that affects your personal information, we will inform you and the relevant authorities as required by law, and we will take immediate steps to remedy the situation.

Data Retention

We will retain your personal information only for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Below is a general guideline on how long we keep different types of data:

Account Information: We keep the basic information you provided at registration (like name, contact details) for as long as your account is active. If you choose to delete your account or if it remains inactive for an extended period, we will initiate the deletion process for your personal data. However, we might retain certain information even after account deletion if necessary for legal obligations (e.g., record-keeping, resolving disputes, fraud prevention). If we do so, we will retain it only as long as required and restrict any further use.
Consultation Chats and Content: Chat histories or consultation records are stored so that you can access past guidance and so that we have context for future interactions. We understand these can be sensitive, and you have control over them. If you wish to delete specific chat history, please let us know (or use any provided in-app delete function, if available). Otherwise, we may retain consultation content until you delete your account, in which case we will remove or anonymize those records. In some cases, we might keep anonymized summaries (with personal identifiers removed) for improving our services, but those would no longer be traceable back to you.
Umrah Booking and Transaction Records: Because bookings and purchases involve financial transactions, we retain these records as long as required for administrative and legal purposes. Typically, transaction records are kept for at least a few years (e.g., 5-7 years) to comply with tax laws and accounting rules. During that period, even if you delete your account, we may keep invoice information or booking details on file, but we will sever the link to your user profile unless we need to inform you of something related to those past transactions.
Usage Data and Analytics: Usage data collected via analytics tools may be retained in aggregate form indefinitely (for trend analysis), but personal identifiers in that data (like device IDs in raw logs) are typically rotated or deleted after a shorter period. For example, server logs that contain IP addresses might be kept for a few months for security analysis and then deleted. We aim to either delete or anonymize analytics identifiers after a certain retention period (perhaps 14 months, as is a common practice), so older usage records can’t be tied back to individual accounts.
Ad Data: If we use advertising IDs for AdMob, those can be reset by you at any time from your device. We don’t store those permanently on our servers; we just use them in real-time to request ads. Any ad impressions/click data we receive from AdMob is aggregated and doesn’t personally identify you, and is retained as per Google’s policies.
Backup and Archival: We perform routine backups of our database for reliability. These backups are securely stored and encrypted. If you delete or modify information, it may take up to a certain number of days for the change to reflect in all our backup systems. We have retention limits on backups too, and they are purged after a period. We do not use backup data except for disaster recovery or integrity verification.
Inactive Accounts: If an account has been inactive for a long period (e.g., a few years) and we are not required to keep the data, we may proactively delete the account to protect your information. We would attempt to notify you at the last known email or phone before deletion so you have a chance to keep the account if you want.

Once the retention period expires or the purpose of processing is fulfilled, we will either delete your personal data or anonymize it (so it can no longer be associated with you).

Please note that once your account is deleted, your app experience will be lost (including any saved progress or content), and you would need to register afresh to use NooriTalk again.

If you opt out or withdraw consent, we will stop the processing for that specific purpose. For example, you can opt out of location tracking by revoking location permission on your device, or unsubscribe from a mailing list via the provided link or settings. Withdrawing consent won’t affect the lawfulness of any processing we already did while we had your consent.
Opt-Out of Marketing: You can choose not to receive promotional communications from us. If you prefer not to get these, you can use the “unsubscribe” link in emails or send us a message requesting to be removed from marketing lists. We will still send you essential service communications (like password resets or transaction alerts) even if you opt out of promos.
