Return and Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At NooriTalk, we strive to provide high-quality Islamic services, consultations, and halal products to our users. Our team works diligently to ensure you receive spiritual clarity, authentic guidance, and timely product delivery. However, due to the nature of our services, we have a clear refund and cancellation policy in place.


 

2. Consultation & Digital Services

All digital services such as:

• Istikhara Requests

• Islamic Consultation

• Gemstone Advice

• AI-Based Chat Services

are non-refundable once delivered, as they are personalized spiritual services. Every request involves dedicated time, effort, and sometimes scholarly response, which cannot be reversed.

Note:

If the service was not delivered due to a technical error or failure from our side, you can request a refund review by emailing us at support@nooritalks.com within 3 days of the issue.


 

3. Product Orders – Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation before Shipping:

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

4. Product Orders – Refund & Replacement

 We only offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

• You received the wrong product

• The product was damaged in transit

• The product was missing or incomplete

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package with:

• Order ID

• Photos of the damaged/wrong product

Our team will verify and process a refund or resend the correct product. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.


 

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Digital downloads (duas, puzzles, etc.)

• Spiritual products (e.g. tawizat, gemstones) once used

• Donations or app support payments

• Consultation fees once a reply is given


 

6. Maintenance Support & App Help

Any amount contributed under “App Help” or “Service Maintenance” is considered a support gesture from the user. It is not a sale of service, and hence not eligible for refund. We encourage only satisfied users to contribute.
